Founded in 1991, the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II is an accomplished legal firm specializing in real estate, immigration, and business law issues. Our multilingual staff of attorneys and paralegals are both experienced and highly successful in solving a wide range of legal solutions.  Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The Firm represents clients all over the United States and around the world.

Ara is the father of two boys and lives with his family in Watertown, MA.

PeggyAnn K. Wollman, Esq.

Since joining the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II, Attorney PeggyAnn K. Wollman has managed much of the Real Estate Law in the office. She has represented both Sellers and Buyers on various Purchases and Sales and acted as Escrow Agent for bank closings. Attorney Wollman has also engaged in the practice of Trust and Estates Law and Family Law while with the firm. During law school, Attorney Wollman was SJC Rule 3:03 certified and practiced Criminal Defense Law for indigent clients in Boston Municipal Court and Boston Juvenile Court, under the supervision of a practiced attorney. 

Attorney Wollman is a 1997 graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York where she studied Social Science with a concentration in Political Science and graduated with Honors. Attorney Kidney obtained her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in May of 2000 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in January of 2001.
